All the kudos about Kevin won't buy a cup of coffee.  When he responds with help send him a check.  He will never bill you for a phone call  but the old saying "money talks, BS walks" is applicable.  He is trying to make a living and time is money so tell him with $$ how great you think he is.  I've only met him once but he has been there when I needed him.

Kevin has an annual subscription for phone tech support.  I believe it was $300.00 / year?  I signed up with him several months back and have used the service several times.  I don't feel so much like I'm imposing on him, at least he's getting something for his time.  I also use him for parts purchases as I'm able.
