Hello
Has anyone had experience getting their toll windowed repaired? It seems to become unattached from the up/down motor. The motor runs, but no window movement.
My local RV dealer (Byerly) won't work on it, nor will the glass company they sub our work to for glass issues.
Where or who do I turn to to evaluate and repair?
Thanks
Ed

Try the RV Fog Doctor in Searcy, Arkansas.

The company that designed that window is in Junction city and their still around. If you call kevin he may have the number. They were helpful when I talked to them. On mine the motor can become disconnected if the window is lowered ll the way down. I can get mine to reconnect by manually lifting the window while activating the switch. The motor access is behind the side controls.

Hi Ed, Same thing happened to us. I had Windshields Arizona make a new manual toll, driver's side window. Tell him you want the same as ours. You wanted to make a trip to Arizona anyway! Give me a call for more details.
