The last couple of times when we parked our '05 Intrigue (3 slides) the slide extension ram on the rear of our driver side slide makes a horrible squealing sound like metal on metal.  Has anyone had this symptom and know a fix?  The HWH site says not to lube anything.  The plastic bushings look ok and I don't see any signs of scarring on the ram.  I have a couple of calls into service people but no response yet.

I have. Pull off the rear end of the slide vertical wood facia cover. On my coach there was a sheet metal cover over the slide chain system which had worked loose so it's corner was dragging on the exterior of the slide box - metal on metal.
