Hello to all the Country Coach Owners:
We are in the middle of moving Premier Motor Coach Services, Inc. to our new 14,000 sf building just down the street from the old location.
Our first customer into the new building came to me and advised of some disturbing news that my company was receiving bad press on the forum.
Now, first off, I admit we have made mistakes in the past but we have always tried to make sure they are rectified and it does not happen again. So, this morning I decided to get to work early and check out what was being written about Premier Motor Coach Services, Inc.. I was amazed at the amount of great things that are being written about us and for this I am so thankful we have people who believe in us and trust us and I can promise we will continue to do so in here in Tucson.
The next thing I figured out is that people are under the impression I am somehow affiliated with the group in Oregon that use a name very similar to ours, For the record, we incorporated first in AZ and the group in Oregon, fully aware of my company name, decided to form a company in OR under a very similar name. At first, I was a little disappointed but my business partner reminded me that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery I notice there are some unhappy folks with the organization in Oregon. To state the obvious; I cannot be responsible for their actions.
I would ask everyone to please take care and make sure when you are posting or talking that proper reference be made to our company name: Premier Motor Coach Services , Inc., and NOT any other configuration.
Thanks for all the great support and check out our new web page coming soon showing all our new services and building.
Respectfully,
Eric Olstrom

Eric,
Great news about new facility. Hope it works out for you guys.
I am another one who has been more than happy with the work and treatment with your organization. I did have an opportunity several years ago to have a telephone conversation with the Oregon operation. It was that call that made me know it was the place I needed working on my motor home.
I have been more than happy with the workmanship and knowledge that you and your people have to perform their work. I have had several times been more than happy to recommend your facility for service and repair work
Keep the good work going. Thank you for all the help you have provided me in the past

I have had extensive work done at both facilities on two Country Coaches I have owned. Premier (Oregon) remodeled both coaches and upgraded lots. Very happy with their service.
Also had a Samsung refer placed in at the Tucson Premier and found them to be equally accommodating. So, I guess I was very fortunate to have had great experiences at both.

Well said Eric. You've always done well by me. Looking forward to seeing you around the first of the year for the service we've been discussing.

Hi Eric - I am very happy to put in a glowing recommendation of Premier and of your personal attitude toward customer service as well. When we pulled in there this winter with a broken exhaust pipe on our Allegro Bus, good old Tiffin send us a replacement part at ZERO expense (not even shipping) and you installed it the day it arrived and we were on our way again. And at a reasonable price. You cannot ask for better than that. Next time we're passing thru Tucson, we'll stop in an say hello and check out the new facility.
? Also let me add that we have had very positive experiences with Premier in Junction City as well, and I would go back there as well if we are in the area. I think you are both great. I would recommend both Premiers to anyone with a motor coach without hesitation.

Posted for Louie Courtemanche, Premier RV of Oregon, email: countrycoachrv@....
A Yahoo forum reader and customer brought this post to our attention. We will post a brief response as it makes statements with which we take issue. When we opened our doors in Junction City, Oregon in late 2009 on 20+ acres of the former Country Coach LLC campus we came up with our name fairly quickly. We did not do a name search to identify other businesses with similar names. We were solely focused on what our name would be. We take issue with Eric's comment that we purposefully named our business to ride on his coat tails. Nothing could be further from that truth. In fact, I have to confess I didn't know who Eric Olstrom was at that point. However, in retrospect, we would name it differently if we could go back and redo it. There are many "Premier RV/Premier Motorcoach" businesses nationwide and we also have dealt with confusion of customers thinking the Arizona business was somehow affiliated with ours--which it is not. This summer we have changed our logo and DBA name to Premier RV of Oregon to help set us apart from all like named service centers.
More to the point, I wonder why Eric feels compelled to suggest there are multiple negative comments he's been reading about us; I certainly didn't find them. We may not be perfect but we always strive to do what's right.
Over the years we have earned our reputation for good service, uncompromising customer care, and for our great employees. Like Martine Montgomery, a 25 year highline parts veteran and Dave Rutherford, Dave Blair, Tim Lemon, and Juan Olivas all former Country Coach, LLC all-stars. Our paint & body shop, parts department, service facility and sales division staff are all among the best of the best. We invite you to come and give us a try should you ever need motorcoach service while in our area. We welcome the opportunity to earn your repeat business. Please feel free to call with questions any time. I have not as of yet, had an opportunity to work with either AZ or OR Premier's. And for sure, I did know they were two different companies.
I will say that on this forum, and also on IRV2, that I maybe one of the posters being reference that posted something of concern about Premier in Oregon. I was doing so based upon posts, and emails from a fellow forum member, that had had his ISX have a catastrophic, and expensive, engine failure.
While I was more vocal about Cummins and their response to this gent, I also voiced concern about Premier of Oregon and my understanding of the coaches purchase from them.
TO BE VERY CLEAR - The gent with the bad engine, did contact me personally to let me know that after reviewing the sequence of events with Premier of Oregon, he now feels they did everything in an above board manner, in regards to the purchase of this post. And, that he was going to state so on various forums, and did so.
As a result, I too on this board and IRV2, posted my retraction of any further concerns about Premier of Oregon in regards to this specific transaction. And do plan to visit them when in Oregon later this year to look over the facility and meet some of the staff.
My apology to Premier of Oregon, if I my postings caused them any problems in anyway at all. A companies reputation is hard earned, and so easily damaged or smeared - it is important that when negative posts are found to not be warranted, to do your best to undo them. Again, on my part of this, I'm attempting to do so:)!
My best to both Premier's, and good call to be sure when we're posting to distinguish between the two. I do travel in the Arizona area ever other year, so I'll look forward to also checking out the new AZ Premier home base - hope the new home serves you well!
And, best to all,
Smitty

I wholeheartedly second this message posted for Louie. I have the utmost respect for and admiration for both Louie and his partner, Gary Obermire, who co-own Premier of Junction City.
Not only have I purchased two coaches from Susan and Louie, but I have had service work done there since they began operation. They've gone to the mat for me in disputes with extended warranty companies, they've arranged to have work redone by secondary suppliers (refer/ice maker), they've stood by guarantees of their own work, and they're great to deal with!
I'm familiar with the criticism leveled at them vis a vis the catastrophic engine failure and know that the issue was resolved and that they were held harmless. If you haven't used them, check out their website. Quite an impressive inventor of Country Coaches...and a can do attitude to go with it.

One I said to Eric when we met him and his partner the other day. If sell anything or services so one will be unhappy. I work in service so I understand you can never make everyone happy. So when looking at reviews I always look for the avg response, throw out the odd outstanding or completely incompetent as neither is probably accurate.

Well said both of you. I've had both Premiers do service to our coach. Both have stood behind their work in an honorable fashion. Problems with the 650 HP ISX has not been of Premier JC's doing and should not be held as an Albatross around their neck. Who cares about a name? There are scads of Premier this or that out there. Be thankful both are around to keep our coaches on the road in style.

We purchased our consignment coach through Premier RV of Oregon. Have had maintenance performed by Premier RV of Oregon. Have had damage covered by an insurance claim repaired by Premier RV of Oregon.
In every encounter with the people at Premier RV of Oregon they have shown themselves to be honest, professional, competent, and hard working. They have been cheerful, helpful, and accommodating while taking care of our coach. There is a wealth of Country Coach institutional knowledge that is brought to bear in every coach-related task. This is particularly evident in Gary and his techs, Dave Rutherford, Tim Lemon, and the rest of the crew whose names I apologize for not remembering. You'd be hard pressed to find a better team supporting Country Coach and other quality motor homes.
We've owned two other coaches of a different make. While not implying anything negative about the support we have received elsewhere, our Country Coach ownership experience has been the unqualified best, thanks to the people at Premier RV of Oregon.

The best part of this discussion is the great supporting comments for BOTH Premier businesses which is great since they quite far apart and gives multiple support locations in the country.
