I realize that the issues with retractable steps not working was discussed recently on here but I have tried every way I know to access the forums and old discussions to no avail... (Help in navigating the web site appreciated)
We have tried all we know from the manuals to figure out why ours will Not come out.?? Please advise if there are any mysteries involved.

To search for "Steps" problems, go to the top of the browser window (while browsing Country-Coach-Owners group). On the line that starts with "Yahoo! Groups", in the text box to the right of it, type over "Search Conversations" with, in your case, "Steps" (without quotes), then click on the button to its right called "Search Groups".
What does Search Groups mean? It appears that it does NOT mean to search ALL yahoo groups. It appears that it will search all the Yahoo Groups that you are a member of (the left column).

Hate to ask the obvious but did you check the fuse on the 12 volt distribution panel? Mine is located in the compartment forward of the first passenger side bay.
