I would like to flush my radiator and engine on our coach. When looking at the owners book I see you have to take the cap off the radiator but I see no radiator cap. I do see a great big plug under the return hose at the top of the radiator and down at the bottom of the radiator below the return hose and great big plug I see the radiator drain petcock. So is the big plug what they mean by radiator cap?

The book says when you fill the system back up you fill it through the surge tank and it does have a pressure cap on it. So would that be the pressure cap for the whole system and the radiator just have the great big plug?

The pressure cap on the surge tank is the radiator cap. It is just on the  surge tank. All filling and venting is done at that cap.
