Hi,

I have a leak in the water hose that leads to the ice cube make. It is in  the out side fridge access compartment about 1 1/2" from where it comes in to  the compartment at the bottom. There is not enough hose to splice in a quick  connect coupler. How do I get the hose out and replace it with new hose  without removing the Fridge? If I have to remove the  Fridge or pull it out, how do I so that and can I do it by my self?

Thank you kindly,

The hose is set into the back of the ice maker. You can remove the ice maker, attach a hose to either the bottom or top of the hose and pull the new hose in. On my 06 Inspire there are no clamp in the way. That was how mine was replaced.  If you need more info let me know.

On my 05 Inspire that water hose in the outside refer compartment goes to the water filter which is under the refrigerator and is fairly easy to replace. You will have to break the seal in the bottom compartment then reseal when you're done. It sounds like the water line out of the filter which goes to the ice maker is not leaking.
