If the transmission has transynd is a plus, if the coolant is the red Fleetguqrd with OAT another plus. If the oil is a val voline synthetic another plus. But the genet and heating system, air conditioners and everything else that moves slides or rotates would scare me to death. Hindges, shocks, suspension components, plumbing ouch. The tires need to be replaced yesterday and window seals etc etc etc. So I would run the other way unless you have $50,000 in reserve. I know zip dee uses good cloth, but dry rot could be a real issue. TV's and sound system are obsolete. Maybe he should pay you to take a chance on it. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731
