Does anyone know where the exterior paint codes might be located on the coach? I am having a compartment door repaired and the vendor has requested the paint codes.

Danny...........If you have an accordion folder that holds the coach component info, the paint codes should be on the flap of the folder. Most paint shops will use a color spectrometer on your existing coach color to match the new paint mix. Original paint codes do not reflect the fading that may have occurred over the last 13 years for an accurate color match.

If you need your paint codes, I can send them to you.

All paint today has to be blended because the new paint today is different composition and does not match

Thanks Dave. I don't have any such folder. I guess somewhere along the line it got misplaced. I do have the paper work on all the components that are on the coach. Your point is well taken on matching the existing paint. I think these guys can do an excellent job without the codes anyway. I was just trying to supply them as much information as I could. No big deal.

They are located on a sheet of paper glued to the inside of the lid of the portable file box that contains your owners manuals. But as Sikkens changed the formula of their clear coat in either late 03 or early 04, you have to custom match the paints. Is what I was told by the Sikkens rep at a CC Home Coming Seminar at the Eugene Fair Grounds in 04. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731

Kevin Waite supplied me with a copy of the original sheet that was with the file folder. This folder was not with the coach when we purchased it two years ago. Thanks again for all the comments that lead me to getting what I needed. Of course, Kevin came through for us Country Coach owners as he has done for many in the past and I hope for many years in the future.
