For all you Samsung owners. We have had our Samsung for over 3 years and it has run flawlessly.
Lately our ice cubes have been coming out like they are crushed ice. We are in Georgia on softened well water. Could that have anything to do with it? Has anyone had anything like this occur? Tom

Make sure the "esaver" is off, on mine it's a button on top control panel.

No, softened water will not effect the function of your frig.
