So after 60,000 mies since may in our 01 magna I barely kicked the passenger side mirror coming out of a fairgrounds and the pot metal that connects the head to the base broke. I am currently at a camping world trying to order a new mirror and I cannot find any part numbers anywhere. Velvac told parts its on the inside behind the glass, and there is nothing there. When I called CC our model doesn't even show listed with a Velvac mirror. Anyone have any idea where to find a part number?

If you'll take pictures of the good mirror with basic measurements Joe at Northwest RV supply, Eugene, Oregon, I'm sure he will come as close as anyone in getting the parts you need. He had a 6 X 8 ft wall of Mirrors and arm parts when I was there last fall. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731

John, I suggest you call VELVAC @ 262-786-0700 and ask for TIM, I was helping a friend determine the manufacture of his 2008 Intrigue mirror that had a back-up camera that had failed.
TIM was excellent at helping us with that, I think if you get him on phone and send him a photo he can help you. Right now I can't find his e-mail address, I'll continue to look, if I find it I'll send to you.

A guy scraped my mirror in a campground. Insurance paid, but I did the repair myself. I had to replace the mirror case. I got a new one from Pacific RV Parts in California. They were very good in determining exactly what mirror I needed.

You may have Ramco mirrors on your coach. That is what is on our 2000 Allure and they are a little different than Velvac. Last year I ordered replacement glass directly from them. Their site shows all the mirror heads so you can identify yours
