Hello,
Can someone please recommend a troubleshooting procedure for my CC 2007 Tribute 260.
The coach's 110 VAC electrical system operates normally from the generator. The coach's 110 VAC electrical system has not power when I turn the generator off and it is connected to my pedestal. I have a surge protector connected to the pedestal. The surge protector has three indicator lights which are illuminated green - indicating good output from the pedestal.
I have reset all 110 Volt circuit breakers in the coach.
Thank you in advance for any advice/suggestions.
Regards,
Joe Allen

Sounds like transfer switch is not transferring.
Look for a square box about 8X8X4 with large 3 cables going into it. While shore power is attached rap on the case and it may activate the relays. There are two relays inside.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions on my pedestal power problem.
I was able to resolve the problem by replacing the plug on the end of the coach's power cable. The ground lead came out of the molded plug at the end of the factory power cable. I replaced it with a 50A CAMCO plug and normal operation is restored. The coach is now powered correctly from the pedestal.
Best regards,
