Title: Air Bed for 2005 Intrigue

We have a 2005 Intrigue 11872 with the king bed option. Two years ago we replaced the original equipment mattress with custom mattresses made by a local Tucson company. These have not worked out as they start the season comfortable but develop a sink hole as the summer goes on. Turning the mattresses regularly doesn't seem to help. At the same time we have been going through this we change our Temperpedic at our stick house for a Sleep Number bed. We can't find a Sleep Number mattress that will fit our coach because the coach bed is shorter than a normal king and we don't want to change to a queen mattress. Does anyone know of a company that makes custom air mattresses similar to Sleep Number that might fit in our coach?

we bought a sleep number for our coach at Camping world It's a queen but its smaller than a regular queen. I suspect he King will be smaller as well. they also cost 1/2 as much as at the sleep Number store. We LOVE our mattress and have one at the house too.

One to remember is there are 2 sizes of kings, Cal King and a standard king.

Also as far as price differences remember Sleep Number has many levels of matteress so you have to compare equal versions.

Our king is 71 or 72" wide by 75 or 76" long depending on how you measure it. I have found a company called Innomax from Denver that makes a 72" x 75".  We can't go any longer as the bed is up tight against the chest of drawers when the slide is in.  Also, the bed platform corners are radiused at the foot of the bed.

you might also try searching on the rv.net forum. I have seen others post companies that make custom mattresses.

Queen
60 in Ã-- 80 in 152 cm Ã-- 203 cm
Expanded, Super, or Olympic queen
66 in Ã-- 80 in 168 cm Ã-- 203 cm

We have had three Sleep Number mattresses and always have bought the standard size queen. When we pull the slides in the mattress compresses a bit but no problem. Also allows purchase of regular bedding.

As we let the air out of are sleep number because of changes in altitudes when we move there fore the fact the bed mattress is 3 inches longer than the platform when inflated is of no consequence. This is our 3rd Sleep Number Mattress in almost 28 years of of RVing and we are very happy. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731 ( three Queens )

http://www.advancedsleepproducts.com/vprod/phoenix.aspx The Phoenix air was in my coach when I bought it. I decided not to go with them, but they might have what you need.

Try Rocky Mountain Mattress

http://www.rockymountainmattress.com/rv-mattresses

They make custom size mattresses for RV's.

They have memory foam mattresses similar to the RV Queen size one we purchased from http://www.bedinabox.com

we purchased the 11" deep RV Queen PacBed Original with gel from Bed in a Box and are very happy with it. Doesn't look like they have a King that will match your size but you might contact them and see if they will custom make one. They have great customer service! The mattress comes shrink wrapped in a box for easy installation. Getting the old mattress out of our coach was the most difficult part..
