If your future travels take you to the Florida area, many have had positive results with Josam's Truck & Alignment in Orlando. They have been able to correct problems that many companies could not.
California area gets you into the Colton Truck territory.
And many of the TCI Tire Centers have Alignment equipment. Not all TCI's are created equal in this regards. But I can tell you that we've had great success with the TCI Tire Center in Lakeside California.
Up in the Northwest, Carrier & Sons, as well as Henderson Lineup, also get good reviews.
On Shocks. Suggest you call and check with Koni, to see if they're new to the US EVO "99" shock is available for you coach. As I understand it, it's similar to the FSD in how it controls on the rebound, but was made for European Busses and thus robust enough to handle the IFS of our coaches. Justin is the gent that I used to talk with. I have Road Kings, as this shock was not available then I was researching. And the Adjustable SP2 was still their primary adjustable shock. Their SP3 Adjustable came out after I made my decision. I like the Road Kings, and do recommend them. But today I would check the others out too.
Best of luck to you,
Smitty

Thanks Smitty...anyone had any experience with Southern Tire? They have a big shop here in Biloxi and service commercial trucks too.

found one negative review and one positive for Southern Tire. The negative one (Google) was bad.
Found Empire Truck Sales and Service (Freightliner). We have used a Freightliner facility for work in another state and were satisfied.

there is a Cummins shop in Mobile AL. (got one bad review). We like all the Cummins shops we have used. the one in Montgomery AL is great.
In Florida we use Tampa Spring in Ocala and Cummins in Ocala. Both are good shops. We had our shocks replaced at Tampa Spring in Tampa. Another good shop.

Thanks Lonny and Dianne. I definitely want to get it fixed before we move any further. Will they typically carry shocks, or do you have to order ahead of time? I may just go visit each place tomorrow. We are here for a while. Anything to watch out for regarding the ride height valves when you replace the shocks?
Thanks!

that's what Lonny would do. Sometimes they have to order the shocks. But it shouldn't take too long for them to get them. They should also know about the ride height valves. If you don't have the specs may Keven Waite could get them for you. We always have them check the toe-in when we go to a suspension shop. We have to have it reset every couple of years.

Thanks for the shock advice all. Smitty, I was able to get the new 99 series EVO for the front, and replaced the tears with the new FSD. Wow! What a nice ride. Getting alignment on Wednesday, so hope to be back in good shape again.

Does anyone happen to know the alignment specs for an 02 intrigue? At the alignment shop and they can't find the specs in their system? Ron
