I'm not sure if this is any help... it is a list of DynoMax Chassis Ride Height Measurements (various models, including Affinity).

Group:

Had ride height adjusted yesterday at Kaiser Alignment & Brake in Eugene, OR. In the process they advised me that the Dana IFS 84 pitman arm and tie rod ends have excessive play (at 23k miles). They of course have a fix for nearly $800.

My question is: have other members of the group had issues with this suspension and if so, what was done and where?

Hi Corina:

Yes, we just returned from CC in JC and on the list was a significant steering issue that needed to be resolved. Excessive steering wheel play. It can down to a worn steering bell crank ($2K) and other steering parts. They also did a ride height and alignment at the same time. We have about 65K miles on the DP, but it fixed our steering issues.

I would get a second opinion from Hendersons in Grants Pass.

Henderson in Grants Pass Oregon. They make a bell crank replacement and are EXPERTS on front ends.
