Currently I have been painting my roof with every four or five years with Bus Kote, and been very happy. It is time to purchase Bus Kote again or soething that is equally good.
Has anyone used the product that is advertised on TV called Flex Seal on your roof ?

I have used FlexSeal for other applications but I think it is too thin and fragile for use on a roof. I would stick with what has worked for you. I am curious why you feel a need, as your coach is not that ancient. I would have thought it would easily go 11 years with just periodic spot sealant repairs.

I used a rubberized white sealant from Lowes or Home Depot (don't recall which) over 4 yrs. ago with excellent results so far. Gallon cans, claimed to be for metal and fiberglass roofs, and offers a 10 yr. warranty against deterioration or chalking. Added advantage is, it's great to walk on, not slippery. Very reasonable price too.

Jeff, did you do the whole roof or just spot seal? I have a 2006 Intrigue and noticed some suspect spots on the roof the other day when I was applying 303. So it doesn't chalk? That would be nice. How did you apply it? With a roller or brush or some other way? Did you do it yourself?
Thanks in advance for your input.

Dennis we did the entire unpainted roof portion on our 2004 42' Intrigue. The sealer went on easily, according to my DW who did the whole job in just over 2 hours with roller, tray, and small brush. We had washed the roof prior to applying, as you'd expect, and worked the sealer from front to back. Good luck.
