We have a jack knife sofa in our 02 Intrigue and would like to recover it or replace it with one that has the air mattress. Anyone done this or have any ideas where to look to buy? Are the size configurations fairly standard?

Thanks!
Ron

Ron:

We had a jack knife sofa in an Airstream rebuilt and recovered by an upholsterer, who did a great job. I don't remember what the cost. I recently had (2) CC dinning chairs rebuilt and recovered By Millies in Junction City for half of what it would have cost for new chairs of lesser quality.

Bottom line, if I was recovering a sofa I'd have Millies do it, If I was buying anew sofa I'd contact Villa International.

Ron,

I recently replaced my jackknife sofa with a double recliner from Clay Madison, couldn't be happier with the results.

Countryside Interiors in Junction City OR has sleeper sofas with the air mattresses. They will also do the install.

In Washington State, consider DAVE & LJ's http://www.daveandljs.com. They did a fine job on our coach.

We had a local upholstery shop put our new ultra leather material on our jack knife sofa about 6 years ago.

It previously was a fabric sofa.

The labor was @ $750 using our material.
