Planning on traveling out west this year from the east coast. Anyone have any recommendations of where to stay in Utah while we visit Bryce Canyon?

Thanks,

Ruby's. It is located at the entrance to the park.

From our experience, you have several Park Service campgrounds, all fine to our minitour. There may be private one around to the west a bit, but I don't recall it. Nearest town is Aloha, maybe 10 miles east. There are one or two hotels at the entrance to the park.

Great park with nice day hikes.

We are currently at Watchman campground inside the park. Might want to see if there are any spaces available on Reserve America. Weather has been great and not crowded yet. They have several sites for 40 and 50 ft. Rigs.
Good Luck.

We have stayed at Ruby's a couple of times and it's right outside the Bryce gate. Very convenient to Bryce. We've also stayed at the KOA in Cannonville. It's more centrally located to Bryce, Kodachrome State Park, and a couple other attractions in the area. The KOA, as usual, gets some bad reviews but we enjoyed it. The spaces could be a little tight during high season when it's crowded, but we were there in early June and it worked for us.

Donnie, I think Watchman is in Zion. :-))

We have stayed at Bryce Canyon KOA at Cannonville. Good location, smaller than Rubys. Good location for exploring Hwy 12 to the east.

We stayed at Ruby's. Probably the best nearby park.
