Recently I had a situation where I lost all of my engine coolant ( due to a bad pump for the dash heat), and the engine shutdown as I was pulling into a campsite. I could not run the engine to generate air pressure for the HWH system. The next day, I got a tow to a truck center, and the heavy wrecker attached an air hose to my air outlet port I use to add air to my tires. He was back flowing air to the system, to get pressure in the system for the tow to the shop. The night we camped while broken down, the coach was not level, but I could get my slides out, so it was ok. But I was thinking, could I run my remote remote Viair air compressor to pressurize the system like the wrecker did back flowing through that air outlet port? Then I could operate my HWH leveling system without the engine running (in an emergency). Do you think that process would that would work without hurting anything?
