Hey just noticed a urine smell in the closet behind the bathroom in our 2001 country coach magna. When we pulled the cover off of the toilet the floor underneath was wet and underneath the bottom closet drawer it was wet along the bathroom wall.......... Any suggestions? We are in Ocala florida till Monday and need to get this fixed before hitting the road hopefully nothing major.........also how do you get the drawers out of the closet? Are they actually screwed to the slides?

we use Alliance Coach in Wildwood FL for lots of repairs. They have an RV park with water & electric hookups in the back. Call and make an appointment for the RV park. No charge for the RV spot if you have repairs done there.

Your gasket seal on the base of your toliet failed. Rv toliets usually use rubber gaskets however in a pinch a wax seal will do the job as well since they are located in any home improvement store for just a couple of bucks untill you can replace with the correct seal. Wax they say will become brittle and break after a while in RV use. When mine went out I used the opportunity to replace the Sealand toliet with a dometic 320.

When my toilet gasket failed I replaced it with another Thetford rubber seal, but I coated it with silicone grease to improve the seal and to protect the rubber for longer service.

did you make it to Alliance Coach?

If so, ask to see Josh Hall the Service Manager and introduce yourself and tell him Lonny & Diane Livingston referred you. He was our service manager at the Crown Club at Lazydays when we purchased our coach in 2005.
