On September 16, 2016, the Court will have a fairness hearing to determine whether or not the settlement should be granted final approval. This may be of interest to some of the members of this list. I filed a claim even though I had sold the coach ('05 Inspire) and had had no problems. The background instructions made it clear that I was still eligible.
