Where o where could it be.
I am adding another satellite input in my plumbing bay. The CATV schematics show that cable XSF goes from the bay to the passenger side overhead cabinet. I found it rolled up in the bay, but it's not in the overhead.
Does anyone have any idea where they might have hidden it on the production line?

Terry,
I just went through almost the same situation. I upgraded to a new DVR and a Genie in the bedroom. Thought it would be easy but somewhere there is a hidden splitter which won't pass voltage that is needed to make the Genie work. So, I went with a wireless thingy in the bedroom and it works just fine. Good thing about the wireless is that you can take it anywhere within range of the main receiver, plug it into your tv and you got it, no coax needed.

Thanks, I have to have a hard cable to pass the voltage to power the external Sat dish.
CC must have hidden that XSF cable somewhere. I just have to find the other end..

I am thinking Don's talking about Direct TV Wireless genie. That's what I use at home.

Barbara Jean has the same thing. It is a Direct TV wireless Mini Genie. When you upgrade to a Genie HD, you can add up to 5 of the minis and watch 6 TVs at once!

To the group,
Thanks for the help. I run Dish receivers. I am trying to install a second remote antenna feed to utilize a movable exterior dish antenna for those times when my winegard traveler is blocked by the trees.
I have installed an A/B switch with the Winegard on one leg and this remote line on the other.I just can't find the other end of the cable marked XSF in the pluming bay. It should be in the P/S overhead. I would suspect that this cable layout would be the same in other 45' Affinity and 45' Magna class coaches in the 2006 - 08 range.
Most times the factory used the same wiring loom for a number of coaches in a size range. The extras were for extra Moto Sat and external antenna option similar to what I am doing
