We're currently working on the 2002 Magna that we recently purchased. It had not been used for probably close to 5 years, and while its generally in good shape the inactivity took it's toll. One of the areas that need attention is the wallpaper at a few places. The slides obviously leaked at some point and the papering is loose. Anyone out there deal with this? Reglue or replace? The leak will be easy to fix- recaulking along the top and sides of the slide. I found some nice vinyl to replace at Home Depot.

I tried wallpapering our 05 Inspire, what a pain and the paper peeled off after a couple months. I ended up repairing the walls, replacing walls that had been damaged from water, then painted the walls. Used a real light color. It really brightened up the insides.

Tom, any tips on removing the wallpaper and what type of paint to use and prep?

I didn't catch which model coach and year. The Intrigues, Allures and Inspire use a OEM factory made wall board. The Affinities and Magnas use standard wall paper over a wall board. So if you have the Magna Affinity just go down to Lowes or Home Depot and get some off the shelf remover. Other wise I would call Matt Carr at OMC or Kevin Waite for answers to the standard wall board. TWI. 2004 Intrigue 11731.
