My shower door will not stay closed. I had this problem once before and the fix was cleaning the magnetic strips with something! Any one know what that is? Getting old---CRS! Thanks! Janie 2002 intrigue 11342

Janie, my suggestion would be to go to a glass/shower door shop and ask them. We have the mag strips on our doors and haven't had them fall off yet.

Hi Janie, I just looked at my shower door, and it has two magnetic strips both about 1/4 inch wide, one glued to the door and the other to the frame. Is it possible that one of the strips on you door has come unglued and is sticking to the other strip, if that's the case you should be able to peel it off and re-glue it back.
