Our coach has been parked and connected to a pedestal for weeks without any issues. Then these symptoms popped up:

1. The Surge guard shows are are still getting power from both legs.
2. The Magnam remote shows we are inverting but the charger won't turn on.
3. The Smart EMS shows we are receiving 50 amps.
4. I started the generator but the Magnum remote still indicates we are inverting.
5. I switched off the inverter and we lost power to everything.
6. I tried to reset the Magnum inverter breaker without any change.
7. All circuit breakers are okay.

I can't seem to get my email digest from this group so please send any ideas you may have to jim@....

Thanks,
Jim Coshow

Sounds like you've got a bad transfer switch

You need to check for power on both sides of the transfer switch. That would be the first thing to check, then we can move forward from there.
