A friend got broke into and had to replace his radio he replaced it with the pioneer plug and play now his side cameras roll when they turn on the installer brought out a screening they worked perfect so he got another new radio and they roll has anyone ran into this

What do you mean by "his side cameras roll"?

That is called vertical sync. The cameras and radio need to be synced with each other. It is usually a setting in the radio.

Do re-boot. Do a disconnect/reconnect. see if that helps.
