Hi group. Our Tecma died all if a sudden. Power to unit is a full 13 volts yet wall panel unlit and inoperative. When controller us unplugged, feed reads 13.x volts at plug. When plugged together, voltage drops to 5.4 volts. Suspect controller....any thoughts?

The Tecma toilet has a mechanical manserator which could have jammed due to a Foreign object. I have contacted Tecma customer service for a water issue and they Were very helpful. Bob. 12047 Intrigue

For what it's worth, I have the tech manual for the tecma, as a PDF file. Will happily email it to you if you want it...

I would look for either a poor 12V connection, bad fuse, or a poor ground before you replace the controller. Possibly supply the 12V from a different source and try it.
