Does anyone know how to remove the wood trim on the front slide driver side of a 2006 magna rembrant. Need to make some repairs from a leak in slide roof, fixed leak but would like to remove trim to repair a small area that delaminated. Have removed trim on galley and trim in bedroom but can not solve how cc attached post and valance.

Front slide posts on our Allure are just held in place with silicone - copious quantities thereof !!

Haven't yet needed to remove valance

Out with the 'cheese wire' (or nylon fishing line) and slide / saw it up behind

On our 2005 Magna the driver side forward column was held on with Velcro and a clip at the top. Pull out the bottom and as it slides out and down, the top disconnects from the slide in clip.
