When does the Kirkstall Independent Front Suspension typically require new parts on these things? How about the Ridewell rear suspension? Our 2000 Magna has about 110,000 miles on it and everything seems tight although the tie rod ends seem to squeak a bit while maneuvering and parking. I've jacked it up and blocked it and everything seems tight.

That squeak sounds like the big sway bar bushings. Remove the two bolts at each bushing, remove the plate and the bushing and apply Mobile 1 synthetic grease. I've had good results from that and it lasts several years.
