Still trying to purchase a coach.

I semi-panicked the other day when I was reading about a new owner who has been replacing nearly everything on his coach since he bought it. I need some wisdom please. I read it was a good idea to have your potential coach inspected by someone independently before purchase to make sure of its overall health.
How would I go about this? Put a down payment first then have it inspected then negotiate a price? How do I find an inspector? Many thanks, Janice

Janice, just curious, what model coach are you looking for. We plan to put our coach up for sale soon, It is a 2007 Inspire 360 DaVinci, 40 foot, 3 slides.
