Kevin - Way cool you continue to support and help, above and beyond just the financial part of also running a business:)! Always appreciate you sharing your knowledge, and parts - with the CC family.

THANK YOU!

And best to you, and all,

(My favorite Kevin story, was from our trip to Alaska. Broke the screen door handle just South of the Alaskan border. MacGyver'd the screen door shut with a bungee cord (Just a few flying insects in the region:)!). The same day I called him, Kevin sent a replacement handle to Tok, AK Post Office General Delivery. We picked it up and installed it three days later as we were in Tok and Chicken, AK area. I tried to get a bill from him, but must have slipped thru the cracks of his day to day happenings. Flash forward almost a year later, our next time in the Eugene area. My DW and I 'Stalked' Kevin's address, and asked a nice lady doing yard work if she knew Kevin? Well, it was his wife, and she went into the home and Kevin came out. So I got to meet him, and pay him in person, for that screen door latch handle!!) (Kevin is good people!! And I know, most of you know that already:)!)

Jerry & Brenda:

Disregard my last response because I do not believe a "99" Intrigue was built with a Tag Axle. With that being said
your Ride Height measurements would be as follows.

Front: 8" Bottom Of Frame Rail To Bottom Of Air Bag Mounting Plate

Rear: 7 1/2" Bottom Of Frame Rail To Horizontal Weld On Center Axle

Thanks Kevin for the info. I'm assuming my 1998 Intrigue 36' (no tag or slides) is the same specs?

How safe and accessible is it for a home mechanic to adjust ride heights? Assuming there's clearance to crawl under the thing enough to access the adjustments (with jack stands for safety), is this something a retired passenger car mechanic can do int he driveway? Or does it require a shop with a pit or some other method to get under the coach while it is sitting on level ground?

I assume the process is to put the HWH system in 'travel' mode while parked on flat level ground with the wheels aimed straight ahead, and crawl under there with a tape measure and wrench?
Otherwise I need to find a chassis shop that can do it. I am actually going to HWH next month but they said they won't touch the ride height valves or anything not part of their system.

Thanks,
Mark M
