Bob, My wife and I have tickets to the 2018 Burning Man in Black Rock City. We were debating flying out but decided to investigate taking our RV. I had recalled some comments on the CC forum last year and when searching, found your post which I had forgot was there.

Our son and 2 friends have an art car "Disco Shuttle" and a camp with about 50 friends. We have decided to drive out and are planning to stay at their camp arriving on Wednesday and leaving Saturday before the burn as we have commitments in mid September for which we need to prepare. We may be interested in your Theme Camp but our visit will be relatively short.

I am not sure this will get to you as it is from an older post but will try. If I get no response in a day or so, will try calling.

PS We wintered last year in Punta Gorda.

Seems like a pretty harsh place for a nice CC. How do you get the dust out of literally everything?

Dave,
I took my 2005 Inspire to Burning Man in 2008 and it was fine for the first 5 days then the wind came up and there was dust everywhere so we drove out.
It took me 6 months to clean everything up as there was dust in every conceivable place.
I would not take the coach there again.

Hi Dennis,

I've been there many times but not planning on 2018, let me know if you want any suggestions on coach prep. It's an amazing experience.

I've taken two different coaches there in 5 trips. You would be hard pressed to find any dust in either of them today but it took precautions and a lot of cleaning. All things considered I'd rather take a rental.
