Hi Pete,
I did call Butch Williams at Fountain and was told he is GONE. Left Fountain RV, sold his house and moved to Washington state. Now working as an adjuster for an insurance company. Big loss to our RV community.
I may try an contact him through Keven Waite.
Still looking for some help on my voltage drop issue. I may resort to adding a 1/0 gauge wire from the positive chassis battery terminal to the 105 amp breaker.

Darn, he was my go to guy. We winter in Florida and stopped there for repairs quite often. He knows Country Coach inside and out.

Just an FYI: I don't know details, but I spoke to Butch today. He did in fact leave Fountain RV. He is in fact moving west. He is still connected with Kevin Waite and doing the tech support for the country coach rv's.. if anyone is in need, I do have his phone number.

Fuel guage out; troubleshooting indicates the problem is likely the sender. I'm told its located on top of the fuel tank. My 99 Magna has a small access door near fuel cap but its not big enough to reach the sender. Any recommendations on lowering the tank to replace the sender? J.T. Shealy, Titusville, Fl.
