On several occasions I've had to tighten the screws on my entry door handle and deadbolt. A friend of mine recently had the handle come loose and he could not open the door from the outside. I'm considering using locktite. Opinions?

I installed a separate pull to reduce handle use.

I have a 2006 intrigue 12047 I also added a strap further up the door than the handle Works much better than closing the door with the handle
