What is the voltage across L1 and L2... It should be 240. If it is 0 both legs are on the same phase and the coach thinks it does not have 50 amps.
If so make the owner of the campground aware get it fixed or change sites.

it is showing 121 on one and 124 on the other, but only 1 has amperage showing use.

What is the voltage across L1 And L2 it should be 240. That is the only way to determine if you are on real 50 amp service, as opposed to a fake 50 amp.

When you measure between the logs what do you get? If working properly it should be about 245 with your individual measurements.

The OP stated they had voltage on both legs. This pretty much eliminates what you are talking about.
