Given the really high prices for replacement curtains we're going with the MCD blackout shades for our windshield. Our Inspire has a pronounced dash lump to house the gauges. Anyone have any experience with the MCD shades and that lump in an Inspire? Did it fit okay?

Jim,
I installed a duel roller shade in my 05 Inspire two years ago.
It's installed just behind the tv cabinet and works fine.
The dash lump is not an issue.
I bought my shade on line from the blind chalet.
If you would like, I can take a few pics of my setup and send them to you
The next time I go to my coach.

We'd sure love to see pictures, Rj. I wondered if perhaps having the drapes made might be pretty pricey, and I know the MCD though fabulous are very pricey too. And you say you got the shades from the Blind Chalet? I'll check it out. Where the two shades meet, does that area allow much light in? We do a lot of traveling and sometimes long days ending up where we are parked by some bright lights.

Thanks, Rj.

We had our curtains replaced with an MCD shade and the shade just slides behind the hump. The bottom seam of the MCD shade is not stiff so it conforms to things like that.

Thanks for the description. Did you install them or go to TX for the installation?

We had our shades installed by Premier (Eric Olstrom) in Tucson back in 2014
