Bottom key would not work. (Top key is deadbolt-it does work). I hacksawed the cylinder that is connected to the door jam and now need to repair. The replacement cylinder is a screw in type. This one Does Not screw in, it has a metal plate on the back of the frame fell off after using a grinder to cut the cylinder off.
My question is. How do you get the in side door frame off to get to the cylinder and frame? I removed all screws on the inside frame and nothing is budging.
