Has anyone found a good replacement product for the carpet in the bays?

Engineered wood, from Floor Decor. We have replaced the carpet in the front and are planning on replacing the bedroom in the spring. We had a piece of carpeting cut overlaid under the table. We took out the desk.

We used basic plastic green grass (what used to be called
astroturf?). Got it at Home Depot. Not expensive, easy to size/cut, water resistant.

Check with a boat dealership or boat supply store. It's common practice to line compartment floors in new boats with a similar product, and it tends to be mildew resistant. Safe travels.

Was what we used to redo the basement in a neighbors coach. Very similar in look to what was in it, just a bit thicker. He wanted something that was not like a deep, or even mild, pile - as sand/dirt would be a PITA to vacuum.

Best to all,
