Jim, were you the one interesting in a Side Radiator Guard that I was making for our '01 Intrigue?? I'll be test mounting one this weekend. It has a 1/8" Aluminum Frame that bolts to the Fan Motor Support Bars and the bottom of the Fam Housing. And a vertical Screen 8-1/4" High. I Posted a couple of *.gif files on the Photo section of the CC forum in the CasebeerMotorBox Folder, butt they are too small to read. I can diretly e-mail you the drawings in either *.gif, or *.jpg or *.dwg or *.dxf format. So you can have one made locally. The size of the side mesh would be important. I have a small sample piece of perferrated Stainless Steel with very samll holes. Not as Big in size as I'd, but flatted mesh of 1/2x080 size would be better that 3/4x125 for keeping the small rocks out. Once I have mine permanently mounted, I'll get some digital photos to post..

Lee:
Yes! I was interested in the guard. I can use .dwg and .dwf files (autodesk).
Some installed pictures would also be great.

Maybe Lee could post them here under the photos so we can all see?

There are 2 files of the Autocad Drawings in the Photo section of the Forum in a folder called CasebeerMotorBox. There is a sheetmetal shop flat layout for making the side frame and a side view showing the formed frame and how it is oreintated to the Fan Motor Support Bars. Once I have it successfully installed, I'll do digital photos to post...Only if it is not raining this weekend will I crawl underneath to test fit the frame...
