I saw an endorsement for Stan's upholstery in Eugene OR recently on this forum. As we were badly needing "new" captains chairs (9 years and 90,000 miles had totally sacked the OEM Villa chairs) I made an appointment to get our seats reupholstered and added lumbar support in the backs. They finished them yesterday, and we are thrilled. In addition to the greatly upgraded seating/back support I had them take out the superfluous massage motors and heat units, all of which were also greatly degraded over time. Total cost was about 1/3 of what a new pair of Villas would cost, and I have no doubt that the resulting chairs are actually better, since Stan's used much better foam that the originals.

If you're wondering how to upgrade your front seats, and are passing through CC "Home base" give Stan's a call. We're sure glad that we did! Now onward to So Cal for the Winter. As soon as OMC repairs our Aqua Hot diesel burner...

Who removed your seats and was that included in the cost?

How long did it take for the job?

Dan,

We parked the rig alongside their shop. They provided a 30A hookup so we were OK camping there. They removed and replaced the seats and the job took two days total. We arrived in the late afternoon the day before they started, so we spent 2 nights there.

VERY pleased with the results.

Thanks, will be scheduling the same. I have spent a lot of time trying to find someone who I could have confidence that the knew what they were doing.
