When I enter the coach there is no power from the house batteries. My first thought is that it is time to replace those four expensive batteries. So, I switch on my engine batteries, start the engine, and the Link 2000 lights up indicating voltage to all four batteries is 13.5 volts. I start the generator and after 5 minutes my AC is working fine. Very quickly the battery voltage climbs to 14.5 and the "Accept" lights come on. I turn the engine and generator off, and the Link 2000 shuts down. It is a puzzle to me but maybe someone has had this issue. Am I missing something??

According to my wiring diagram, the Link 2000 is powered directly from the house battery. There is a chassis battery connection to the Link 2000 but it is only for reading chassis battery voltage. It sounds as if the problem lies with with the house batteries.
Perhaps bad batteries or poor connections. Don't know if the LInk 2000 would work if the current shunt at the battery is bad but an open shunt would kill house power if the engine or charger is not operating. You can probably check the shunt by seeing if current is flowing into/out of the house batteries once the engine is running.

I just got a call that my alarm was activating on the coach in my storage area. I went right there and disarmed the system. I went with tools and tightened all six battery connections. I entered the coach to find all the lights blinking on the Link 2000 display. I tried to start the engine, but it would not start until the lights stopped blinking. I then started the generator. What I forgot to mention was the E-10 error. I just goggled that issue and found another forum discussing that the problem. Half a dozen people solved this by removing and cleaning the fuse (reboot). Can someone tell me where I might find that fuse?

Don't know for sure on fuse location but on my 2000 Magna I have two fuses for the Link 2000 in the battery bay. They are somewhat hidden by the large battery cables on left side of the bay. Mine are inline blade fuse holders.

Yes....You do have a switch for your house batteries. It is called the "salesman's switch". It is located on a panel on the right as you go out your door. It is is a rocker switch. Can't tell you how many coach owners turn off this switch by accident and then can't figure out why nothing works!

There is no switch in the house battery bay ( just two 200 amp push in breakers and one 30 amp) AND, that panel as I exit the coach has three rocker switches, none of which controls the battery.
