aq heater blowers want come on found heat exchanger fuzz but it was good . any ideas??

Check AquaHot Fans fuse in House fuse box. Also check the wires behind the fuse box to see if loose. Those Bussman fuse boxes are notorious for wires coming loose in back, and I think the AquaHot Fans Fuse has 2 wires in it. So fuse may show it is good, but loose connection won't flow enough current to run fans. This happened to me on my coach, shutdown the HydroHot.

It's more than likely the relay Bank in the Aqua Hot bay. They should always be replaced every couple of years with certified Bosch 20 amp relays

Brian's right, I like to carry a set of those relays as spares. I also carry spare AC and DC High Limit Thermostats, all pretty cheap and disposable parts. In fact, you may try resetting those thermostats by pushing the button, see if that works.
