We have Webasto Diesel heat in our 1998 CC Magna.
the furnace is blowing heat to the rear zone but not to the front zone. Any ideas on what or how to troubleshoot.
At first, I thought it might be the water pump, however, since it is coming on and is heating the rear of the Coach, I do not know what to look for.

Morning. We have a webasto in our 2000 Allure and I know there are two relays in the wiring harness on the outside of the machine not under the hood if you will. I think these two relays may be the fan relays for the fans inside the coach as we have two zones also. Poke around and look for the little square boxes and I think there are four wires or so on the bottom of each. These relays are available at any part store and are common.

I'm a novice but I guess you know there are separate controls up front for galley and front fans. Also make sure climate control settings are correct. As for me mine will not ignite, I have an apt at Lazy Days to get that fixed. Jt

Give the checkvalve for that zone a whack with a screwdriver handle. They get stuck sometimes. Is the pump for that zone running? Do you have 12 volts at the pump? Check to see if control board is sending power to the pump.

First question is it a standalone webasto system or is it an Aqua Hot system?
If it's an Aqua Hot then what Greg stated is a good starting point. Sometimes you can get the check valve to open with a wack, sometimes (seems most of the time around here) you need to take it apart to free it up.
Now if it's a webasto system they are normally a single loop system so it's would have to have a solenoid valve that would open the flow to that zone.
