I would like to upgrade our coach's interior lights to LEDS.
As I see it I have 5 applications:
Ceiling: 10w, 12v, G4/T3, non dimmable
Overhead: 10w, 12v, G4/T3, dimmable
Soffit: 20w, 12v, G4/T3, dimmable
Microwave: 25w, 120v, T7 bulb, E17 base
Bathroom: 18w, 12v, wedge base
I would like max lumens and probably in the 3000-4000 Kelvin range.
I would appreciate any help from someone who has been there., company or brand name and part numbers.
Thanks for any help.

Hello John,
It looks like you have done your homework. The way I see it, you have 2 choices, you can go to M4 products (see RV Geeks video) and pay top dollar for good quality bulbs or go to ebay for lesser quality bulbs. I did the latter, installed them 6 months ago and have not had any problems. It made a huge difference in power draw and the amount of heat each one generates. The pucks in the ceiling can be difficult to get off and those glass lens shatter when they hit the tile, don't ask how I know.

Try D H Gate. It is a Chinese Ebay. I have used them numerous times with good results.

John
I replaced the complete fixture in the ceiling with new OEM led lights by Kaper II who was the original supplier for many of the lighting units for CC.
It pays to play around with Kevlar ratings. 2700K is the closest to what was the original. I purchased several retro led bulbs in the original fixtures to see what we liked.
I believe the Kaper fixtures were around 3000K. The Kaper II's work great in the ceiling and much more attractive than the originals. I don't think they work so good for the units in the wood. In those cases I used led replacements in the existing fixtures.

Dan thanks for the info.
Do you remember who you used in the overhead and soffit fixtures and the part numbers.
Thanks

I would suggest you pull one of the old bulbs out and google Supebright. M4 or one of the other bulb distributors and see whats available and price. Be wary of "a person who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing" Suggest you join the IRV2 forum, its free.
