The coiled cord cover on my front seat massage control has deteriorated. Does anyone know a source for replacements. I talked to the factory, they explained their spares had the same defect and told me the only thing i could do was to replace the whole assembly in the seat. I think not.. Any suggestions?

I repaired our cords with 3M electrical tape, but then we recently had our seats reupholstered and when the covers came off we found that the massage motors and heat elements were totally shot, so we just pulled them all out. Never used them anyway, and it helped make the newly upholstered seats more comfortable (no lumps).

Had the same issue with mine. My seats were made by what is now Villa International located in Cerritos. 562 404-8111
They have replacements but you also have to change out the control unit, very easy to do.

Saw a post quite some time ago about the cords. One source mentioned was http://www.autacusa.com/ (http://www.autacusa.com/)

Try autacusa.com. Someone posted a couple of years ago that they may have what you need.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try both ideas.
