Makes night and day difference has been my experience with Michelins. Not so much with Toyos. Continentals fall closer to Toyos and Goodyears closer to Michelins on the other extreme. With tires costing what they do today, anything that can give you a full 6 years is worth it. I live in a dry hot climate with air pollution. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731.

We used 303 and new tires @ 3 to 5 years.

Yes, covers will help protect tires.
Same as with Aerospace 303, or any Tire Dressing that has UV protection.
Former CC owner Don Seager pointed out on this forum several years ago, a product (I believe:)!) called Sun Block - provides along lasting shield/protection to the ties.
I've had good luck with 303 on our tires. When in a location for a longer at least a week, I'll use covers for the side that gets the most sun...
Some feel it helps, other's do not. Me? Well, cheap to do both covers and protective applications. So why not:)!
It has been primarily bad timing on my part, that I have not tired Don's Sun Block. Which from what I've read, would be a longer lasting way to go. Plan to do so on our next set of tires...
