My "owners guide" says the axle drive is a Neway ADL 120 and the tag is a ridewell RD-246.
I need shocks for both rear axles but i can't have them removed at the truck shop to get the numbers and then order them. I need to walk in with the shocks and have them installed. I have been around and around with Koni (good folks but) about these correct numbers. they are not sure! I am counting on someone here in the forum with same rig to supply their part numbers whether they are Koni or whatever, so I can get the specs and find appropriate shocks
The MH is an 05 470 allure with a tag. Please, if you know your shock numbers share them so I can get these ordered.
Thanks

The drive axle shock on my 2006 Allure is Koni 9105-1002. Will look for tax #. Koni sent me the wrong shocks and had to fight to get my money back.
Koni's had discontinued the original part # and the replacement shock for the Allure is not compatible. I ended up buying the shocks, from shelf stock , from Kaiser Brake and Alignment in Eugene.
They can also tell you the part # for the tag.

If you go under there you will find the shock number is stamped on the Koni shock. Also, I found that Ridewell knows what shock number is needed for the suspension they provided.

Yes go under and take your camera phone with you. Mine was on inside near the bottom. Clean off the dirt and grime and take a picture instead trying to see the small writing on the shock.

I believe the problem will not be in finding the part number. The problem will be finding the shock. Koni's new shock number for the original shock on my coach did not fit. I believe John Beach got his shocks from Kaiser Brake and that is also where I got mine. This was old stock. Kaiser Brake did much of the suspension work for Country Coach and they have the part numbers.

I had absolutely no trouble getting the right current Koni shock for my Magna dealing with Koni and Ridewell, and mine was a complicated situation since Country Coach had put the wrong Koni shocks on my drive axle at the factory (!!) when new, which is why they broke since they were slightly too short. The replacements were the original adjustable type Konis.
