We just came back from a NWCC rally and when I unhooked the car, I see the battery was low because it went into battery saving mode. Well I though I lost my ground but after checking things out, all 6 lugs on the coach are grounded, just the charge lug when key is on is not grounded.

All brake lights, turns signals, running lights works the way they should, I'm lost.
Has any one had a problem like this when all 6 went to ground at one time and still work.
No lights on the tow from the coach when hooked up.
Any one seen something like this and thanks for looking.

Hi Floyd,

Sorry to hear it. Have you checked the fuses on your tow board? It's in the engine compartment under a metal box - mine is front wall, passenger side top.

I will look and see if I can find it, sounds like a great place to put it. Thanks Don

This is just a follow up to close this. When I was checking my system I used a good meter to check for continuity on the coach plug and when checking all lugs go to ground, must be the way CC wired these coaches. This is not the norm. The problem was my plug on my tow when the cord was plugged in the ground lost contact when plugged in using the meter I could see the gauge jumping around and down to 0. I took a small screwdriver and opened the poll up for the ground and added a small bungee cord to hold the electric cord straight to my Roadmaster tow bar. Just thought I would post this because my truck has the same plug but wired the right way, just wanted to pass this on.

who can help me with the origin of the #21 parking brake ground? My wiring diagram shows it coming from the PGS plug but what feeds that?
I traced it out under the driver's seat compartment and jumped it which allowed me to put my jacks down and operate the slides but I don't want to defeat the safety feature.
