I am having a problem with the brake lights on my car trailer. I have checked the trailer with a friends truck and all is good there. I think the problem is with the circuit board that controls the brake lights. PROBLEM.... I can't find the board anyplace in my coach. I have looked in all the places I can think of and no luck. Behind drawers, under the bed, engine compartment, fuse bay under my drivers seat..... I have a 2000 Magna, so if any of you 2000 Magna or Affinity owners have any idea I could really use the help!
Thanks in advance,

Probably bad tow board. Mine wAs mounted on the fire wall of engine compartment. Look for approx. 6 " Black metal box.
Contact Kevin Waite, {541-953-6162)he can get new tow boards, and they are plug and play.

2000 Magna's tow board is in the engine compartment, passenger side on the ceiling. There are fuses on the tow board.
Try turning on your 4-way flashers or a turn signal. If the board is working you should be able to hear a relay clicking when standing near the engine compartment. No sound, check the 20 amp fuse for wire #425 on your front run board. It is on the far side of the board, 4th fuse down as you look into the front compartment on the driver's side.
If no luck, call Kevin Waite. 541-953-6162

A long shot - on our '08 Allure the tow board is in the engine compartment, on the front wall at top right, UNDER a metal cover that is screwed to the wall.
Good luck finding yours.

PS: there are fuses on the tow board. Don't replace the board until you check for a blown fuse...

I need to enter this conversation with this question. Is the "TOW BOARD " green with about five fuses attached? If so mine is behind my passenger side tail lights and very difficult to access. I believe that one of those fuses is the reason my four way lights are not working properly.

Had the same problem with my 99 MAGNA. Replaced board, no improvement. Then they ran wire from front of my tow car to the rear and problem solved.

2008 Affinity, Mine was located in the inverter bay, circuit board was exposed mounted in wood rails, on the right hand side.
Has relays and fuses on it.
Picture attached, I added the label, to much to ask the factory for something that easy.
