I am in the process of looking for a CC Affinity 3 slide or a Magna.
I am interested in the 42' '03-04's 3 slide's.

Prefer a drop down TV, not a projection screen.

std dash not the digital instrumentation version.

No sink in the Bedroom.
C-12 505HP or C15 515HP, I'd love to here about mpg's on the single turbo C-15. I have a good idea about the C-12's
All Elect a plus.

Problem I am having is finding a floor plan for the 3 slide '03 Magna as Damon Rapozo site lists that as a option but not on the Affinity's?

Not 100% sure they even made a '04 42' Affinity.

Really not sure if what I want was even made.

I was curious and looked at NADA values. There is a 42' Affinity shown for 2003. For 2004 they are showing a 45'. 42' in Magna and Intrigue models.

If you are interested I have 2000 CC Affinity B&B 42' millennium with tag. It has the Cat C-12 120k miles with two slides. I live in Brevard NC. Needs a little work to be perfect, but would jump in it today and drive across country with no worries.
I'll let it go for @ $65k that's $4k below low retail to fix the little things.

I don't know if anyone else reacted like I did to this post from you, Alex, but what a fabulous deal this is for somebody. That type of coach is incredibly gorgeous. Amazing. I know intellectually that our coach's values drop as the years move on, but this price amazed me. Wishing you the best, Alex Ritchey.

I agree Mary. Yes, the reality is that a now 18 year old coach will have dropped some in the market place. But that era CC, and Affinity was the top dawg of the food chain. Is a coach worth acquiring at that price point, and IMO a new owner could put another $20-25K into going thru the interior and making any adjustments or upgrades to suit their specific likes and tastes. If the coach has been taken care of mechanically, and no other major house related issues have been allowed to fester. A going down the road total expense of $85-90K - yields a very high quality coach. The C12 with 120K, is just a teenager. And is a well matured engine in 2000, as far as CAT's ongoing refinement of it. (I've said it before, but the ISM and C-12 of that era, are my favorite engines. Also respect the Detroit too:)!)

Unless you move into the upper level of Foretravel, very few non Prevost based coaches today - can equal the build quality of that era CC. Even newer Newmar's Essex/King Aire etc. - as nice of coaches as they are, do not have the same build quality. Entegra's Cornerstone's are I believe the highest volume upper end of the DP's over the last few years. A nice coach, but again not in the same league as the Affinity.

All subjective, and all a matter of opinion:)!
